My First Real Ramen Bowl 🍜🔥
I’ve only had ramen once before and never made it. But I gave it a shot, and honestly—I kinda fck nailed it.
Followed a recipe from @foodwithbearhands: Buldak ramen with creamy chili broth, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and seared steak.
The eggs were the highlight. That jammy yolk! Broth was spicy and rich. Made two bowls—still thinking about them.
I did miss the egg marinade part, and the steak could’ve been a bit more rare. But hey, not bad for a first try.
