Morning 10k and a Runner's High

Morning 10k and a Runner's High

I headed out for an early morning 10k run today. The air was fresh, my legs felt light, and I managed to lock into a comfortable rhythm right from the start.

Around the halfway mark the "runner's high" kicked in. My breathing settled, the effort felt effortless, and I had that clear, euphoric feeling where you feel like you could keep running forever. Even the music felt really nice. That momentum gave me an extra burst of energy toward the end, allowing me to pick up the pace over the final two kilometers and finish strong. Still not gone full speed for the 10km but getting close to trying.
