Dog sitter
This week I’ve had the joy of looking after Mino, my mother-in-law’s dog. Mino has quite the story—she was once a street dog in Egypt before my husband’s sister rescued her and brought her to Norway. From the busy streets to a safe and loving home, she’s now part of the family. Watching her settle in, nap on the couch, and follow me around the kitchen has been a reminder of how much love rescued animals have to give.
