Afternoon Run Around Nordre Gravlund
No picture today but I took a selfie when I got home before my 20 minute situp sesh.
I needed to clear my head after work yesterday afternoon, so I headed out for a run on my way home. I decided to run around Nordre Gravlund, which honestly makes for a completely perfect running spot. It's peaceful and such a great way to transition from a stressful day to a calm evening.
I have really found my thing and I totally understand why it's become so popular to run. Next week I am following my training plan but in two weeks I will try to set a personal best on 10km.
